Forestry Project in Brazil: Balsa

The owner of a Brazilian forestry plantation of 550 hectares seeks a partner to invest $15 million to expand the operation to 2500 hectares. The investor will own 51% of the company, including land and trees already planted.

Alternatives to fiberglass are needed. The use of fiberglass is being discontinued in countries such as Europe and Australia due to negative health impacts.
