Forestry Project in Brazil: Balsa

The owner of a Brazilian forestry plantation of 550 hectares seeks a partner to invest $15 million to expand the operation to 2500 hectares. The investor will own 51% of the company, including land and trees already planted.

We are searching for an equity business partner, SEED/Angel funding, or an investment loan.

In December of 2009, researchers announced that the radiation from CT scans is fatal. In fact, CT scans done just in 2007 will cause 29,000 cancers and kill 15,000 Americans.

In November of 2009, the US Preventive Task Force declared that women under 50 should not get yearly mammograms. The risk of getting cancer from the mammogram is too high.

First rigid insulation board made from sheep wool and lime composite, replacing dry wall with insulating board. Controls humidity in buildings, eliminates mold and lowers heating and cooling bills. Sustainable in entire life cycle compared to conventional insulation such as fiberglass.

Alternatives to fiberglass are needed. The use of fiberglass is being discontinued in countries such as Europe and Australia due to negative health impacts.
